Archery and Fictional Notable Archers

Archery and Fictional Notable Archers:When thinking about fictional Archers, One might automatically think of Robin Hood and his plots to “Steal from the Rich, And give to the poor”. But there are many who have came along these lines either believed to be fictional, Or believed to be real. Who are some of these types of characters who may be real and may have not. As such I personally have belief that Robin Hood did indeed exist. Again, This can be a highly debatable subject of many theory's and possibly myths. The Amazons (The Greek, ????????) are and were a nation of all-female warriors in Classical and Greek Mythology. It's believed today that they possibly really did exist to one extent or another. But they to are believed to have used various forms of Archery in there day to day lives. Then theres the possibilty of the Arash (and variants) as a heroic archer-figure of Iranian oral tradition and folklore. The name Arash remains popular among speakers of the Iranian Languages. As is typical for names from oral tradition, there are numerous variations of 'Arash'. Then there are storys of Beleg, Beleg's name is said to mean 'might'. He is further known as Beleg Cúthalion, or Beleg Strongbow. Whether any of the above existed are of great speculation and intregue. Then there is the famous DC Comic character called “Green Arrow”, Green Arrow is an Archer who invents trick arrows with various super power functions. These arrows include but not limited to, such as a glue arrow, a net arrow, explosive arrow, time bomb arrow, grappling arrow, fire extinguishing arrow, flash arrow, tear gas arrow, cryonic arrow, a boxing-glove arrow, and even a kryptonite arrow. Of course though most famous of all is who we know as Robin Hood. He is the famous charter to come with his Merry Men and “Partake of the good Lord's Brew”. His Archery history and exploits are now known throughout the world. Again, Whether he existed is well speculated and a lot of people aren't sure that he ever existed. But, There is possible prof standing today in Sherwood Forest. There is a Major Oak tree there that is believed to have been the very same tree that Robin Hood used. The tree itself is believed to be between 700-1000 years old.
